The 4-Week Lasting Change Program

 

Week One of this progam begins with 3 days of back to back sessions, also referred to as The 3-Day Rapid Results Program.

  • Day One (60-Minutes): During this hour long session, we discuss the focus you want your program to take. This step provided me with an initial understanding of your needs. We talk about your goal, the challenges you’re facing, the obstacles that stand in the way of your success, and how to get you where you want to go.

    This discussion provides me with vital information that helps ensure your success.

  • Day Two (30-Minutes): This 30-minute hypnotic session feels like a deep tissue mind massage. As I guide you in and out of hypnosis, you will move into your resource state and access your inner sanctuary. This unique experience provides you with a glimpse into the infinite power of your own mind and helps me further prepare for your formal session on Day 3.

  • Day Three (60-Minutes): During this hour long session, we reset your inner compass so that your subconscious mind begins to guide you easily, naturally and effortlessly toward the result you want to reach. This session begins with a check in to make sure that what we discussed previously still meets your needs. We also talk about the previous day’s hypnotic session and what you’ve experienced in the past 24-hours. During this day’s session, you will once again be guided into a comfortable state of relaxation, and given gentle suggestions and personalized visualizations based on our first discussion. I will also use specific techniques that will help you begin to release mental blocks that are standing in the way of your success.

    You will receive a recording of this session which I suggest you listen to for the next week.

    Week Two serves as an implementation week.

    During this time, you continue to listen to the recording created in the previous session. We also meet for a 30-minute check in. At this time, we discuss your progress and I may suggest you practice specific mindfulness-based or energy techniques that will support your journey. You also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your experience so far.

    Week Three we focus more closely on age regression and imprints removal techniques to support the results achieved in the previous sessions.

    The limiting habits, beliefs and patterns we experience in the present are often grounded in the past; therefore, it’s necessary to release their hold on us. Who we are today is a result of the decisions our unconscious mind made for us as we were growing up in an attempt to keep us happy and safe. Unfortunately, the subconscious, also known as the unconscious, lacks logic and has the maturity level of a young child—not really who we want steering our ship.

    The work we embark on during this 1-hour session focuses on updating your subconscious on what you don’t want in your life any more. We are encouraging it to release the obstacles that have stood in the way of your success in the past. Your brainwork involves continuing to listen to the recording provided to you after the second session and/or practice mindfulness or energy-based techniques I’ve suggested previously.

    During Week Four we build on the future work we started in Week One and tie up any loose ends.

    During this 1-hour session, we focus on helping your mind overcome past stressors or triggers that might trick you back into old beliefs, habits and patterns you no longer want in your life. You receive a recording of this session and your brain moving forward will be to listen to it every day for 2 to 6 weeks to help anchor the positive results you want in your life. At the end of the session we also discuss what further actions you will take to ensure your ongoing success.

    This program also includes unlimited text support for its duration.
